2 cups sunflower oil

4 tablespoons of strained yogurt

2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

4 pickled cucumbers

1 tablespoon of caper flowers

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 bunch of dill

1/4 teaspoon of salt

 

How To Make Fish And Chips?

  1. For the coating mortar; mix the flour, cornstarch, egg, mineral water, milk, salt and pepper that you have left in the refrigerator in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Cut the fillet whiting, from which you have extracted the skin and bone parts, into finger-shaped slices and leave them as slices according to desire.
